Instead 
"Don't worry about anything, instead, pray about everything." Philippians 4:6

God provides alternatives.   We don't have to be stressed out, worn out or left out.  Instead, by His grace, we can find a way out!

Paul reminds us that there is a better way to deal with our concerns, circumstances and confusion.  There is an alternative.  Instead of worry, turn to God in prayer.  No topic is too difficult for Him.

Remember:
-"If you sinful people know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your heavenly Father give good gifts to those who ask Him?" (Matthew 7:11)  
-"I will answer them before they even call to Me. While they are still talking to Me about their needs, I will go ahead and answer their prayers." (Isaiah 65:24)  
-"Let us come boldly to the throne of our gracious God. There we will receive His mercy, and we will find grace to help us when we need it." (Hebrews 4:16)

Prayer is simply honest conversation with the Lord. 
He wants to hear from us; He wants to help us; He wants to hold us!  Instead of whatever... experience His love wherever you are.
