Alive to God!
"For the death that He (Jesus) died, He died to sin once for all; but the life that He lives, He lives to God. Likewise you also, reckon yourselves to be dead to sin, but alive to God in Christ Jesus our Lord." Romans 6:10-11
It's a glorious morning! A morning like none other in human history. The grave could not hold Him! Death could not claim Him! The power of sin could not enslave Him! Jesus is alive!
His Resurrection is our Resurrection. Because He lives, so do we. The life in Christ is a resurrected life! We are alive to God, living in His boundless love and amazing victory.
Just as those first disciples found not just an empty tomb, but a living Savior, we today have the living Savior walking with us. It is more than commemorating an empty grave, it's a journey with the living Lord! This is the glory of Easter!
In Him we are alive to God! We are overcomers; we are surrounded by heaven's armies; we are sustained by His strength; we are truly alive!
Share the good news, He is risen and so are you!
