Eyewitnesses
"For we did not follow cunningly devised fables when we made known to you the power and coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, but were eyewitnesses of His majesty."
II Peter 1:16
The message is clear, complete and convincing! The good news is truly good because it is not based upon hearsay or "fables" but upon eyewitness accounts of "the power and coming of our Lord Jesus Christ!" Those who were there, bore witness to "His majesty".
The story is based in history and recounts the life and ministry of Jesus. No one can undo what He has done; unravel what He has said or deny the reality of His death, burial and Resurrection!
Peter goes on to say, "For we received from God the Father honor and glory when such a voice came to Him from the Excellent Glory: 'This is My beloved Son, in Whom I am well pleased'" (II Peter 1:17)
Who Jesus is, was demonstrated by His life and declared by God the Father. What Jesus accomplished is not heresay, but well established and reliable fact. We can not only trust the message, we can walk with the Majestic Messager Himself - Jesus Christ!
Embrace the marvelous message: God loves you and paid the ultimate price for you to have a relationship with Him. Become an eyewitness to what He can do in your life!
