Essentials From Ephesians - Part Seven 

"...in Whom the whole building, being fitted together, grows into a holy temple in the Lord, in Whom you also are being built together for a dwelling place of God in the Spirit."
Ephesians 2:21-22

God is the Master Builder! He brings us into His family and places us strategically in the Body of Christ.  Each of us "fitted together" and growing into a "holy temple" in Jesus. 

The Church is not a physical building but a spiritual one, where believers are forged together to express His love for the world.   This "holy temple" rises as each of us walk in the Spirit, in right relationship to God and one another.  It is here the power of the Gospel is demonstrated in and through our lives.

Though we were once "strangers and foreigners", now in Christ, we are "fellow citizens with the saints...and members of the household of God". We can enjoy the building process and relational reality found only in Jesus Christ!
